Account Director

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive account manager to manage all aspects of its relationship with clients. Managing 2-4 client accounts simultaneously, you will be responsible for account planning and forecasting and will be the primary point of contact with clients.

Core responsibilities

 

  • Manage all aspects of the relationship with clients

Ø       Establish a deep understanding of the clients business, culture, strategy and needs

Ø       Create strategic and tactical plans which will clearly establish how cScape will help the client achieve their objectives

Ø       Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include regular face to face meetings, telephone and email communication. 

  • Be the main point of contact for all communication with clients
  • Listen to clients needs and for new opportunities
  • Develop relationships with a wide range of individuals across client’s organisations
  • Be accountable for the financial status of accounts i.e. budgeting and invoicing
  • Negotiate project renewals and contracts
  • Gain a thorough understanding of cScape’s various offerings and capitalise on them by cross-selling them to existing clients when appropriate
  • Produce regular progress reports/presentations for each client
  • Produce quarterly forecasting reports/presentations for cScape’s senior management team regarding predicted revenues and forthcoming prospects from each client
  • Produce well-structured, quality proposals in response to Invitations To Tender (ITTs), and Requests For Proposals (RFPs) in conjunction with other staff
  • Build a central information database regarding each client
  • Work with the marketing department to promote cScape


Candidate requirements

Essential

  • A background in client management or marketing (digital/internet) with minimum 3-5 years experience
  • Graduate calibre – ideally a marketing, media and communications or other relevant degree

  • Impeccable planning and organisation skills – prepares for meetings, considers and identifies end goals and risks
  • Clear and confident communication skills – includes oral, presentations, email, social interactions etc
  • Good networking skills – to achieve corporate goals, recognising lateral opportunities
  • An effective and influential negotiator – can think on their feet and able to identify and seize opportunities
  • A keen hunger for learning and gaining knowledge
  • A responsible individual who is capable of staying calm under pressure
