Digital Research Analyst

Core responsibilities

  • Assist in developing client objectives through marketplace research, competitor and audience analysis and experience of conducting stakeholder interviews
  • Work alongside consultants to define new opportunities from new or existing clients, helping realise their business problems in the digital realm
  • Help define research plans and deliverables
  • Conduct research on client objectives, marketplace, and competitors
  • Record output from research which will influence project direction and scope
  • Propose ideas, methods and techniques to visualise client problems back to project team
  • Assist in presenting findings to clients

Core competencies

  • Experience in solving complex problems and thinking critically
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate and demonstrate your ideas to internal team members and to clients
  • Ability to work creatively and independently

Candidate requirements

  • Experience working under pressure
  • Passion for all things digital
  • Knowledge of digital media and where it can add value
  • Self-starter who is equally happy working independently and as part of a team
