Client Objectives

Carbon Trust wanted to consolidate its disparate websites – holding the UK’s biggest online collection of free independent energy publications – into a single portal to make information, products and services more accessible and the site more customer-centric. They also sought to enhance the Carbon Trust brand online and wanted new ways to cross-sell events and publications.

Our Solution

We focused on identifying, engaging and retaining target audiences and clarifying the navigation structure. Our design studio strengthened the Carbon Trust brand online, introducing more imagery and creating a common design language that presents information in a unified design framework. Finally, we implemented Microsoft .NET technologies to ensure full content management, scalability and future profitability.

Successes and Achievements

The new design is cleaner and fresher, and usability and accessibility are significantly improved.
