Client Objectives
It was very important to Hydrogen Energy to ensure that health and safety documents could be easily found, and they asked us to devise a solution. Hydrogen Energy was using Windows SharePoint Services (WSS), part of the MOSS platform, and wanted to solution to be built on WSS.
Our Solution
We worked with Hydrogen Energy to create the information architecture for the intranet. We expanded the document management system and created dynamic navigation that varied according to department. We also built a home page with a compelling design that encourages staff communication through news, blogs and health and safety statistics.
Successes and Achievements
We provided a sophisticated, state-of-the-art, branded document management system to which data can easily be uploaded. Hydrogen Energy are very happy with the system and the look and feel of the home page. Staff members also find the system very helpful.
