The Carbon Trust main website rebuild has been shortlisted for three prestigious British Computer Society Information Management Awards.
The awards are the premier European recognition of excellence and innovation in the management of business information. The Carbon Trust site is competing in the B2B, Content Management and Knowledge Management categories.
The BCS Information Management Awards recognise “success stories of organisations that have demonstrated the vision and business skills to implement highly successful projects utilizing leading-edge IT and business technologies”.
The Carbon Trust website, which was recently nominated “site of the week” by the New Media Age site inspectors, has clearly come a long way in advancing the ambition to awaken business to the cost of climate change and carbon emissions.
cScape’s CEO Rob Killick said: “We are delighted that the BSC IM Awards have recognised the excellence of the Carbon Trust’s site. It provides a vast reservoir of knowledge that businesses can draw on for information and advice and to download publications and research funding opportunities.”
