cScape forms new division to bring agency services together

13/04/2006  NMA

Interactive agency cScape is forming a customer engagement unit to bring together its service and offer a more complete strategic offering.

cScape is well known for its technical capabilities, especially working with Microsoft packages, but also offers services such as search optimisation and strategic planning. The new unit will be used to market these more effectively to clients.

The agency has appointed its user engagement consultant Richard Sedley to head the unit. He will initially focus on hiring 12 ‘experts’ to deliver the new approach, as well as a series of ‘trusted advisors’ to work with clients and the agency’s account managers.

The agency will pool its skills into product packages, offering clients an end-to-end service rather than focusing on single disciplines.

Sedley said this approach would end the view of the agency as disconnected in its offering while retaining the heritage of its specialist skills.

cScape works with The Carbon Trust, Barclays and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
