The cScape 3rd Annual Customer Engagement survey has just closed with record 1300 respondents. cScape launched the survey in conjunction with e-consultancy in order to gage the importance of online engagement. This is the largest survey of its kind and an increase of almost 30% on last year.

cScape pushed to include a larger international contingent this year and this is the first time that the survey has been conducted in four languages: Chinese, Spanish, Greek and English. cScape have partnered up with several organisations worldwide that helped to promote the survey including agencies in China, New Zealand, Spain and the USA.
In addition to discussing the latest tactics on how to increase engagement, there was a new section in the survey on the economy. This focused on customer behaviour towards the downturn in the economy and how customers react to it.
The results of the CEU will be published in early December in the 3rd Annual CEU Survey Report and will provide the latest insights in customer engagement. This groundbreaking report will contain thought pieces from CEU expert consultants and comments from other leading industry specialists.
