Lucy Conlan joins cScape's Customer Engagement Unit

Lucy Conlan joins cScape's Customer Engagement Unit (CEU) as a digital marketing consultant. Lucy, who is a senior marketing manager at the Barbican, has years of experience developing and implementing successful e-marketing solutions.

Lucy has a strong direct marketing background gained at management level in the charity and cultural sector, with previous posts held at English Heritage, British Red Cross and the Natural History Museum. Recently, Lucy has been working on Customer Relationship Management and campaign integration activity at the Barbican Centre, including on the re-launch of the award-winning Barbican website.

Lucy looks forward to working agency-side and to provide results for clients. She says: "I'm very pleased to join cScape's dynamic team providing great creative online solutions supported by sophisticated back-end systems. I want to ensure that online solutions are sewn in with offline activity to really boost clients' sales as well as customer interactivity with brands."

Lucy joins the cScape team that handles the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) account, which has been running since 1997 and has involved projects encompassing strategy, design, technical and marketing expertise. Lucy's role is to develop customer engagement modelling and an ongoing loyalty programme for CIPD. 

Lucy will help CIPD optimise communication through the digital channels, ensuring it maintains a strong relationship with its members. Through new creative engagement strategies, CIPD will safeguard its position as a leading-edge organisation within the field of Human Resources and people management.
