James Bacchus, Ministry of Sound

James Bacchus has been with Ministry of Sound, Europe's largest independent record label and leading entertainment brand, for seven years. He has overseen the ministryofsound.com and hedkandi.com web sites though many years of development from flat HTML, though proprietary CMS systems into Microsoft's CMS 2002 and most recently Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.

Eileen Pevreall, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development

In her role as IT Director at CIPD Eileen works on the business strategy and determines how technology drives/enables this. Eileen has been the driving force behind CIPD's adoption of a leading edge digital marketing programme, helping the organisation to incorporate this into its strategic development and manages a cross-disciplinary team focused on engaging customers and employees.

Richard Sedley, cScape
