Dave Chaffey

Dave is our digital marketing guru. The Chartered Institute of Marketing calls him one of 50 people worldwide who have "shaped the future of marketing." Dave helps cScape clients develop e-marketing strategies, reporting dashboards and performance improvement plans. His expert reviews, informed by performance metrics, identify improvements all along the customer journey. His clients have included the Barbican, CIPD, First Direct and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Dave is also the managing director of Marketing Insights.
 

 

Lynda Rathbone

Lynda is a technology veteran. She launched The White House official website and worked on the first ecommerce site in the US, established News International’s ecommerce platform and developed the global website for Cable & Wireless. Lynda sees technology solutions as the foundation of successful business strategy and specialises in user experience, content strategy, management, optimisation, classification and categorisation with a strong focus on findability. Lynda is also the managing director of Four Square Media

Clare O'Brien

Clare O'Brien

Clare is a marketing and communications specialist wih a deep and practical understanding of interactive communications. She works with Anne Caborn to deliver a range of content consultancy, creation and training services that provide good online experiences that meet customer expectations. Their clients have included BP, RBS, the Post Office  Financial Services, Terrapinn and Orange. Clare and Ann are co-founders of CDA.
 

 

Lucy Conlan

Lucy has a strong direct marketing background and management level experience in the charity and cultural sector. She has also held posts at English Heritage, British Red Cross and the Natural History Museum. Lucy has been working on Customer Relationship Management and campaign integration activity at the Barbican Centre, for the re-launch of the award-winning Barbican website.

Business strategist Vicky is an expert in market and competitor analysis. She brings over 20 years of experience in the media and IT sectors. In project management, budget control, team building and stakeholder communication Vicky focuses on the point at which people meet technology and has a demonstrable ability to convert ideas into revenue.Highlights  include a computer games business, a business books mail order company and a provider of emarketing software. Simon Barnett

Simon is an award-winning audio producer with 20 years of experience in radio. He’s held senior roles at noted independents Confederate Broadcasting and Wise Buddah. Simon has produced documentary and music programming for BBC Radio 1, 2, 4 and World Service. He pioneered the adoption of digital production techniques and embraces the podcast age, delivering high-quality content to traditional and new media clients through his company, Voxpop Productions.

Steve Bridger

Steve is our dedicated Blogging and Social Media expert. He has won the Colibri Tourism Achievement Award and the Silver Lens Award. His blog, www.nfp2.co.uk, is considered one of the most influential for all things Web2.0 in the not-for-profit sector, but this hasn't stopped him working for commercial companies. He helps cScape clients develop and manage their Social Media strategy and in-company training and is developing a blogging strategy with the UK CEO of Samsung Mobile.

David Dodd

David has a background in marketing and filmmaking. He set up Lightweight Media, a producer of insightful and eye-catching web and mobile video, in 2006. David combines marketing, communications and filmmaking skills as part of mission to develop, produce and place video content online. David's clients include the Guardian, Warner Brothers and the Design Council.

Amanda is a search marketing expert with more than 10 years of experience in the digital media industry and has spent the last eight years working agency-side for digital pioneers. Amanda was Head of Search for i-level and has delivered a range of paid and natural search marketing disciplines to several blue chip clients including Procter & Gamble, the COI, Sky, BT and Orange.

Hugh Gage is the cScape CEU’s web analytics specialist. He works with our clients to increase the return on their objectives by improving the performance and cost efficiency of their websites. His background is in analytics, online advertising communications and strategy development. Hugh’s clients have included Sky, Virgin, Yahoo! and Eurostar. Hugh also currently writes the Web Pro Analytics column in the UK’s .NET magazine.
