Lucy Conlan

Lucy has a strong direct marketing background gained at management level in the charity and cultural sector, with previous posts held at English Heritage, British Red Cross and the Natural History Museum. Recently, Lucy has been working on Customer Relationship Management and campaign integration activity at the Barbican Centre, including on the re-launch of the award-winning Barbican website.

Well-practiced in project management, budgetary control, team-building and stakeholder communication, she brings over 20 years’ experience in the media and IT sectors. Vicky has concentrated on the point at which people meet technology, with a demonstrable ability to convert ideas into revenue: highlights  include a computer games business, a business books mail order company and a provider of emarketing software. Steve's own blog www.nfp2.co.uk is considered to be one of the most influential for all things Web2.0 in the not-for-profit sector, but this hasn't stopped him working for many highly commercial companies. Steve is the winner of both the Colibri Tourism Achievement Award and the Silver Lens Award. His work with our clients covers helping to develop and manage Social Media strategy and in-company training. He is currently developing a blogging strategy with the UK CEO of Samsung Mobile.

David combines marketing, communications and filmmaking skills as part of mission to develop, produce and place video content online.
